Conard Translation Club Presents: Multilingual Storytime
On Saturday, April 5 at 10:30 AM at the FAXON Library, students from Conard High School's Translation Club will read 2 popular children's books in English and their home languages. Hear stories in Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, and more, then stay for some fun literacy-based crafts.

Grades K-3: Join artist Julie Phillips to celebrate grandparents and the other special people in our lives with crafts and stories. This program is for the child to attend by themselves.

Join us on Saturday, March 29 at 2:30 PM for a performance of traditional and contemporary Irish dance with the Mulcahy School of Irish Dance. Following the performance, dancers hope to inspire attendees to learn a wee jig or two! No registration required. Events takes place at the West Hartford Town Hall.
Tween Chess at FAXON - Saturday, March 22 at 10:30 AM
Grades 3-8: Includes instruction, puzzles, and practice play taught by teens with teaching and chess tournament experience. All levels are welcome. Parents must remain in the building for children under 12.
